Making Maths Memorable
Last year the Northern Yorke Partnership (NYP) held “Making Maths Memorable” workshops for families of 0-8 year old children learning how to support children to develop their numeracy concepts and skills as they move from birth to pre-school and onto school. Due to the success of those workshops, this term the NYP is running “Making Maths MORE Memorable” workshops in Bute, Port Broughton, Wallaroo, Kadina and Moonta from Friday 31 Aug until Thursday 6 Sept. Parents will be given practical hints and tips for encouraging 4-10 yo to learn numeracy skills through play at home.
