Kadina Memorial School enjoys being a part of our community, through bi-annual events such as the Kernwek Lowender. This is a long-running festival celebrating the region's Cornish mining heritage and ancestry. KMS participates in the Furry Dance and Maypole - both a spectacular sight with our students dressed in traditional Cornish costume.
Past and present scholars attended the official opening of Kadina Memorial School on Tuesday May 19, 2014. In the 'Heart of the School' the Reception to Year 12 students met for the ceremony, joined by former staff members of both Kadina Primary School and Kadina Memorial High School.
