2022 Year 8 Immunisations – parent letter & consent form
Year 8 Immunisations are scheduled for week 8, Wednesday 23rd March, from 9am-12:30pm, with the second dose scheduled in term 4, week 1, Wednesday 19th October.
Letter and consent forms were home to year 8 families in week 1, 2022.

Year 8 consent forms are due at school by Friday 25th February to allow time for the ordering and delivery of vaccines by the scheduled date.
The class immunisation timetable will be confirmed closer to the time.
